Right of revocation

Consumers who place an order through our web shop may withdraw from the purchase agreement for a certain amount of time. This is called the right of withdrawal. Commercial clients do not have the right of withdrawal.

A. Right of revocation

Consumers are natural persons who are acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft or professional. Commercial clients are natural or legal persons, who are acting for purposes relating to his trade, business, craft or profession.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within a term of fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the event your order consist of multiple goods or is delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the term expired after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good and/or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of revocation

If you have effected your withdrawal rights in a timely manner, the purchase agreement will be dissolved. We shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Excluded are the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We may ask you to reimburse us for the diminished value of the goods in such an event.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the goods due to their nature cannot normally be returned by post, you will also bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are estimated to be the same as the costs you paid for delivery to your address.

General information for sending back goods

1)Please attempt to avoid damage when inspecting the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

2) Please only return the goods to us together with the return confirmation we have sent to you by email.

4) You are responsible for the return shipment and liable for any damages that occur during this shipment. We kindly ask you to return goods in their original packaging and original shipment packaging to us. If you no longer have the original packaging materials or shipment materials, please ensure that you use proper packaging and materials to avoid any damages during transport.  

B. Revocation form

If you wish to withdraw from the agreement you may fill in this form and send it to us.
