Description
To find the correct injector, use only our numbering system:
We count from the radiator side, or if no radiator is present, from the belt side towards the flywheel.
For a 4-cylinder engine, cylinder 1 is at the radiator, and cylinder 4 is at the flywheel.
For a 3-cylinder engine, cylinder 1 is at the radiator, and cylinder 3 is at the flywheel.
Important for the high-pressure fuel line:
Please note that you are working on the fuel high-pressure system (max. 1800 bar!).
Once a connection on the high-pressure line is loosened, a new line must be installed and tightened to the correct torque values.
Important for the injector:
To ensure proper function, you must program the injector code after installation.
This can only be done with our diagnostic tool HDS².
If the code is not programmed, the operating permit becomes invalid due to non-compliance with emissions regulations.
Additionally, this will lead to increased fuel consumption and, in the worst case, to complete engine failure.

Work on emission-relevant components may only be carried out by trained personnel.
